Churchill to join Pontin’s! Oh Yes!
Churchill Insurance has teamed up with Pontin’s, one of the UK’s best-known entertainment and event holiday companies, to entertain the guests this summer.Strawberries and cream, the smell of freshly cut grass and rainy Bank Holidays all have one thing in common; they are synonymous with the Great British summertime. But what could be more British than the traditional family holiday by the seaside at one of Pontin’s Holiday Parks. Pontin’s has been entertaining holidaymakers for over 60 years providing outstanding value for money traditional British holidays for all ages.
This summer, Churchill, the nodding dog, has been made an honorary Bluecoat and will be joining Pontin’s Bluecoats on stage throughout summer at all of Pontin’s holiday parks around the UK. Every week Churchill will take to the stage for ‘Party Time’, a half hour show dedicated to family fun. As well as the usual Bluecoat duties of singing and dancing, Churchill will take on the role of game show host in the aptly named ‘Yes/No game’. Oh Yes!

“Week on week, we have seen sales surge and currently revenue is 12% ahead of 2009 on a like for like basis. Recent half term sales reached record levels with all parks completely sold out. With Churchill on stage during the Summer Season I am confident our Summer Season will be a sell out”.

The summer season at Pontin’s will be great fun for all the family and I am sure that ‘Party Time’ with Churchill will be a massive hit.”
Joining Churchill on stage throughout the summer will be a number of famous faces including Bobby Davro and X Factor stars Same Difference and Eoghan Quigg. Churchill will be performing once a week from this weekend until October.
Churchill will also be joining his fellow Bluecoats on a national tour of shopping centres to promote his appearance over the summer, giving fans the chance to catch this rising star before Hollywood begins knocking on his door!
