Pontin’s launch new online training package for agents

Pontin’s have launched a brand new live online training package to help travel agents learn more about the outstanding value for money holidays on offer at their five Holiday Parks. 

 The seven sections include an introduction to Pontin’s with video footage, a brief history of the Company, details of the five superb seaside Holiday Parks offering up to 70 free activities plus information on accommodation and entertainment with excerpts from some of the top class Bluecoat shows.  A section on Pontin’s Gold details the activities for the mature market and there is information on quick and easy booking for agents via the dedicated travel agents web site.

 Pontin’s Travel Trade and Tours Manager Jackie Taylor, together with bluecoats Calvin Lewis and Joanna Robinson visited Going Places, Burnley to trial the online package with travel agents, Vicky Hodson and Susan Cooper.

Jackie said, “ this package is designed to help travel agents increase their knowledge of the fantastic entertainment and facilities we offer so that they can increase their business without having to leave their desks.”

Agents can use the package as often as they wish to gain information and can opt to complete  fourteen questions at the end where, if successful, they receive an instant online certificate which they can display at their agency.

 Susan Cooper, Going Places at Burnley said,  “We found the training package very informative and easy to use. It will help to us to broaden our knowledge of Pontin’s Holiday Parks and sell more holidays and it’s great to get a certificate at the end which we can display in the agency.”
